Elliot joined Financial Management in 2017 having spent a number of years working as a product manager with HSBC.

Prior to this he was a broker services adviser for AXA Investment Managers, working alongside the fund management and business development teams.

What do you like best about your job?
Meeting so many different people and hearing about their unique backgrounds and motivations. With this understanding comes an opportunity to make a difference – by helping to preserve and protect things that matter most to clients.

Interests outside of work?
Elliot has suffered for many years as a Crystal Palace and Harlequins supporter. He coaches youth football, plays the odd round of golf and enjoys days out with the family.

Work History
Paul spent 20 years with Barclays advising clients as a Barclay’s Premier Banking Manager involving full Financial Planning. Since 2003, Paul has specialised in all aspects of mortgage advice, both Residential and Buy-to-Let and related Protection advice.

What do you like best about your job?
Paul specialises in helping clients find the right solution through advice and recommendation, so his clients are in the best position to buy their new home or re-mortgage their existing one.

Interests / hobbies outside of work?
Outside of the office, Paul is a keen follower of many sports. Paul’s a huge Tottenham fan and enjoys playing badminton and tennis.

What do you like best about your job?
Vanessa values being able to help clients assess whether Equity Release is the best solutions for them and to provide them with the most suitable lifetime mortgages from the whole of the market.  It is really important to her that everything a client needs to consider is clearly explained and that they discuss all the options available to them, so her clients are able to make an informed decision.

Interests outside of work?
Outside of the office, Vanessa is a keen reader and enjoys netball umpiring and long walks with friends

Work History

Kelly has been a full member of the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW) since 2010. Kelly has continued to study a variety of related topic; Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax, Deputyship & the Court of Protection, Disabled beneficiaries, which has helped Kelly offer a broad range of services to ensure she can help each clients make the decisions that best reflect their own position.

What do you like best about your job?

Kelly enjoys getting to know each client and simplifying legal jargon to ensure our client understands each step and making it a very straightforward process for them. Kelly values being able to help create the best Will possible for both the client and their beneficiaries.

Interests outside of work?

Most February half-terms are spent skiing in the French Alps; all the family love skiing and Kelly’s two eldest sons are now experts as they’ve been skiing since the age of three. The youngest will soon be starting lessons and with two brothers to follow, it won’t be long before he’ll be whizzing down the mountains. Kelly enjoys walking her dog, socialising with her friends and family but with three boys, weekends are often spent on the side-lines of a football pitch!
