Work History
Jade has worked in financial services since 2022 covering all areas of client servicing and administration.  Her strong customer service skills developed from working in retail sales. Jade is very committed to learning as much as possible about financial products and investment principles, so is currently studying towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.  This involves six separate exam units!

What do you like best about your job?
Jade is enjoying interacting with FM’s clients and supporting the advisers to provide to best service possible.  Jade enjoys learning.  She finds the breadth of knowledge required at FM is far greater than her previous firm due to FM helping clients with all aspects of their financial plans.

Interests outside of work?
In her free time, Jade enjoys boxing as a way to keep fit.  It provides a fabulous all body workout! Travelling to new countries and spending time with friends is important to Jade.  Her love for DIY is much appreciated by her family.

Jack Smith DipPFS

Work History
Jack entered the industry in 2015 completing a Wealth Management Business scheme for a national financial advice firm specialising in retirement planning. As a research analyst he gained valuable knowledge by assisting the CEO on a wide range of complex financial planning requirements. This role allowed Jack to build his financial planning expertise whilst moving through the exam path to becoming a qualified Financial Adviser in 2018.  Since then Jack has spent his professional time supporting individuals with their retirement, tax and investment planning.

 What do you like best about your job?
“I take great pleasure in helping individuals make the most of their hard-earned money, ensuring it brings them the security, enjoyment, and satisfaction they deserve.” Jack aims to simplify and demystify personal finance, encouraging clients to dream big and prioritise the actions needed to build a rewarding life plan. “Those ‘aha’ moments when a client buys into a solution talking excitedly about how they are going to commit to their plan, are incredibly satisfying”.

Interests outside of work?
Jack loves spending family time with his young daughter, walking, hiking, cycling and most outdoor activities. He also likes to cook, build lego and travel.

Philip values spending time with his clients, understanding their individual needs and helping them develop a tailored long-term investment plan.

Interests outside of work?
Outside the office, Phil enjoys golf, tennis, skiing, woodwork and cookery.

Work History
Andy’s career in financial services started in 1984. Since then he has worked for 2 specialist UK pension and investment providers helping financial advisers to structure great solutions for their clients. Amongst the senior management positions held during this time, Andy was Strategic Development Director at Aegon before joining Financial Management in 2017.

What do you like best about your job
Andy enjoys delivering an advice service that’s fully focused on his clients circumstances, hopes and aspirations. This approach sets the foundations for a strong financial plan helping his clients build a better financial future and look after those they are closest to. Andy believes this role in a client’s financial journey is a professional privilege.

Interests outside of work
Andy enjoys playing golf, live sport, live music and spending time with family and friends. Looking forward he also plans to see a bit more of the world…. in between more exercise here and there!

Matthew Wright DipPFS

What do you like best about your job?
Matt has a genuine interest in people and enjoys the client contact with both new and long-standing clients. Matt is a passionate believer that everyone should benefit from expert financial advice; and he enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals and maximising their tax efficiency, wherever possible.

Interests outside of work?
Matt is a lifelong Chelsea fan, enjoys the occasional game of golf and is an armchair fan of virtually any sport. He enjoys fine dining and foreign travel, including his annual ski trip with his two children.
