Mel started working life in London responsible for billing and credit control in the Finance department of law firm. Later she moved to Maidenhead and worked as an Office Manager and Financial Controller for a triathlon wetsuit brand before finding herself in financial services.
What do you like best about your job?
Learning something new every day as the breadth and depth of my role always presents new challenges but being part of a wonderful team, where everyone helps each other and comes with their own expertise. It is great to know what we do helps people on their life journey. I also love a good spreadsheet!
Interests outside of work?
Mel loves having her family around and cooking. She also reads a lot and enjoys a very eclectic music collection.
